Oura Ring 5 competition — terms & conditions

1. The promoter

This competition is run by Minstone Pty Ltd (ABN 28 631 599 481) of PO Box 343, Subiaco WA 6904, trading as EliteMetrics (elitemetrics.ai) (the "Promoter", "we", "us").

2. Not associated with Ōura

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ōura Health Oy or any of its affiliates. "Ōura" and "Oura Ring" are trademarks of their respective owners. The prize is purchased independently by the Promoter and supplied to the winner by the Promoter.

3. Who can enter

Entry is open to individuals worldwide who, at the time of entry, are aged 18 years or over (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if that is higher). The competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and it is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to enter from your location.

Employees, contractors, and the immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to win.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Creating more than one account, or entering using another person's details, is not allowed and will result in disqualification.

4. How to enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, create a free EliteMetrics account at elitemetrics.ai during the Promotion Period.

Each eligible person who creates an account during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry into the draw. You must keep your account active until the draw to remain eligible.

5. When the competition runs (Promotion Period)

The Promotion Period begins at 12:00am AWST on 17 June 2026 and closes at the earlier of: (a) the time EliteMetrics reaches 100 active members; or (b) 11:59pm AWST on 17 June 2027.

The competition is intended to be drawn once the community reaches 100 active members. If 100 active members has not been reached by 11:59pm AWST on 17 June 2027, the Promotion Period closes on that date and the winner is drawn from all eligible entries received up to that time. Entries received after the Promotion Period closes will not be accepted.

6. The prize

There is one (1) prize: one Ōura Ring 5 in the winner's choice of gold or rose gold finish (ring size subject to availability), with an approximate recommended retail value of AUD $799. Total prize pool value: AUD $799.

The prize is the ring hardware only. It does not include any Ōura membership or subscription, which may be required to access certain features and is the winner's responsibility.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

7. How the winner is drawn

The winner is determined by chance. After the Promotion Period closes, one winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.

No skill or judgement is involved in selecting the winner.

8. Notifying and claiming the prize

The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their EliteMetrics account within 7 days of the draw.

To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 14 days of being notified and provide a valid postal delivery address. The Promoter will arrange and pay for delivery of the prize. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in the winner's country are the winner's responsibility.

By entering, you consent to the Promoter publishing the winner's first name and EliteMetrics username (for example, to announce the result within the community). The Promoter will not publish your email address or contact details.

9. If the prize is not claimed

If the winner does not respond within the claim period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may forfeit that winner's entitlement and draw a replacement winner, subject to any applicable laws. The same notification and claim process will apply to any replacement winner.

10. Conditions of entry

By entering, you agree to these terms and to the EliteMetrics community rules and privacy policy.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, creates multiple accounts, provides false information, or otherwise acts fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure, network, or system error outside its reasonable control that affects entry or the draw.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this competition or from accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected for this competition is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. The winner's contact and delivery details are used only to verify eligibility and deliver the prize, and are not sold or shared for marketing.

13. Governing law

This competition is conducted in accordance with applicable laws. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

14. Changes to this competition

If the competition cannot run as planned (for example, due to fraud, technical failure, or causes beyond the Promoter's reasonable control), the Promoter may, subject to any applicable laws and any directions of a regulator, amend, suspend, or cancel the competition. Any changes will be posted on this page.
